Shipping Policy

Every jysex order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging. The shipping label shows only your delivery address and a neutral return address — no brand name, no product description.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

United States Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days — FREE on orders over $69 (a $6.95 flat rate applies below that).
• Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — calculated at checkout where available.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate or reship.

Delays & Issues

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking and we will make it right — replacement or refund.
